Released in 1958, the KONICA IIIA represented the pinnacle of Japanese rangefinder cameras and became the final model in KONICA Roman numeral series. It features a high-quality Hexanon 48mm f/2 lens, known for its sharp rendering and excellent contrast.
The lens also benefits from advanced coating technology, effectively reducing flare and ghosting. Although KONICA no longer exists, it was Japan first pioneer in the photography industry and the country oldest optical equipment manufacturer.
